For New Zealand players, the wildz rewards shop brings bonuses and game features together in one place. The Get More hub uses Levelz, progress rewards, free spins and cashback-style offers to add value beyond ordinary play. This guide explains how the system works, what items may appear in My Rewards, and how to check the terms before claiming a reward.
How the Wildz reward shop works
The reward area is centred on My Rewards, where available offers can be claimed or activated. Wildz does not publish a fixed catalogue of points, coins or merchandise for New Zealand accounts. Instead, rewards are linked to play activity, promotions and account eligibility. That makes the shop more flexible, although the exact items shown can differ between players.
Levelz turns play into rewards
Levelz is the main progression feature available to all players. Bets fill a progress bar, and a full bar gives one spin on the Levelz mini-slot. That spin can award up to 40 free spins. The minimum bet that moves the bar is NZ$0.20, using either real or bonus money.
Free-spin winnings from Levelz carry the standard 35x wagering requirement. Players should open My Rewards after reaching a new level, because an eligible level-up can provide one free level-up on the following day. Only one next-day level-up is available per day, even if several levels were gained.
| Reward feature | How it works | Published detail |
|---|---|---|
| Levelz progress bar | Bets fill the bar | One mini-slot spin when full |
| Minimum qualifying bet | Real or bonus money | NZ$0.20 |
| Levelz free spins | Awarded by the mini-slot | Up to 40 spins |
| Next-day level-up | Claimed through My Rewards | One per day |
Which items can appear in My Rewards?
The shop can contain several kinds of digital rewards rather than a permanent list of items. Wildz uses a machine-learning system to select some free-spin games based on a player’s style. Marketing opt-in may also be needed for many rewards, so checking account settings can affect what becomes visible.
Free spins, boosts and cashback chips
Free spins may be offered through Levelz, Spinback or a purchased reward card. A Double Speed Rewards boost moves the progress bar twice as fast. Site-wide boosts usually last two to three hours, while game-specific boosts may last longer.
A Cashback Chip is based on real-money net losses and is paid as bonus money. Each claimed chip can be worth between NZ$1 and NZ$100. Bonus-money bets do not count towards this calculation, and normal wagering terms apply when the chip is used.
- Free spins for selected pokies
- Progress-bar speed boosts
- Cashback Chips linked to eligible net losses
- Free levels available after a qualifying level-up
- Purchased free-spin bundles linked to one named slot
Wildz rewards linked to game activity
Some items become available only after a particular pattern of play. Spinback is the clearest example. Five losing real-money spins in a row on Sweet Bonanza or John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen can earn one spin on John Hunter and the Book of Tut.
Spinback and Double Speed Rewards
Spinback requires all ten lines to be active and a stake of at least NZ$0.20. Bonus-money spins and free spins do not count. The reward value is set by the smallest stake used, with possible values from NZ$0.20 to NZ$20. Players can claim the reward once five qualifying spins have been collected.
Double Speed Rewards suits players who want to build progress more quickly during a short session. The boost must be activated in My Rewards, and the available duration is shown there. Since these offers can be time-limited, it is sensible to check the expiry before starting a game.
| Reward | Requirement | Possible value or timing |
|---|---|---|
| Spinback | Five qualifying losing spins | One free spin |
| Spinback stake | All ten lines active | At least NZ$0.20 |
| Spinback value | Based on the smallest stake | NZ$0.20 to NZ$20 |
| Double Speed Rewards | Opt in through My Rewards | 2x progress speed |
| Site-wide boost duration | Varies by promotion | Usually 2 to 3 hours |
How to claim items in the reward shop
Rewards are normally managed inside My Rewards rather than through a public code page. The simplest approach is to review the offer, read its conditions and activate it only when you are ready to use it. This avoids missing a short claim window or applying a reward to a game you did not intend to play.
- Open your account and go to My Rewards.
- Read the qualifying game, stake, expiry and wagering conditions.
- Opt in where the offer requires marketing permission.
- Activate the reward and play within its stated timeframe.
- Check the balance and wagering progress before requesting a withdrawal.
Some purchased free-spin bundles must be claimed within 24 hours of purchase. They are non-refundable, locked to one named slot and do not count towards Loyalty+ cashback. The account dashboard is the best place to confirm the current status of each item.
Bonus terms, account access and responsible play
The reward shop sits alongside the welcome offer, reload promotions and other account features. Search phrases such as wildz codes, wildz free pokies and wildz new player bonus may lead to different promotions, but only offers displayed for your New Zealand account should be treated as current. A wildz log in is required to view personalised rewards and claim account-based items.
Bonus money can include wagering conditions, and most claimed bonus funds must be used within 60 days. The welcome package offers 100% up to NZ$500 plus 200 free spins, followed by 50% up to NZ$500, for up to NZ$1,000 in bonus money. Read the applicable terms before combining this offer with a shop reward.
Wildz offers deposit, net-loss, wager and session-time limits, as well as Time Out and self-exclusion tools. A raised limit takes 24 hours to apply. The service is for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age where applicable. If gambling is causing concern, contact the free, 24/7 Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655 or text 8006.
Conclusion: getting practical value from the reward shop
The Wildz reward shop is best viewed as a changing collection of digital benefits rather than a fixed points catalogue. Levelz provides a clear progression path, while Spinback, speed boosts, cashback chips and free-spin bundles add different ways to receive value. Check My Rewards regularly, confirm every condition and set a budget before play so the system remains useful and controlled.
